PM Posted: 2004-04-15 18:17 Hi, I bought a infrared device from ebay and got it this morgning installed it and it is all working well,even the GPRS intenet (Im posting on now!). I connect to gprs @ 115200 bps, but my infrared comunication speed is only 9600 bps. The packaging state that it can do speeds of up to 4 mbps, but i have restricted to (as the instrutions told me to) to 38400, so why isn't the connection speed anywhere near this?
