Well everyone who said that the upgrade would not be out were right,spoke to dvh late yesterday and some girl refused to put me through to an engineer but said they had said the upgrade will not be till the end of the month,at this point i lost it and sent a email to SE calling them all the names under the sun,in fact im that pissed off im going to seek some legal advice next especially on the grounds False advertising and obtaining money by deception both are against the law in the UK unless they think there above it,in the meantime im going to try to get hold of DVH and try to talk to an engineer,god i sound too calm ah well its early yet

hehe! u sound too calm but I can understand your anger. You know Barky, much of the frustration comes from within this forum with people spreading all sorts of rumors and unconfirmed updates. Its best not to wait for the update at all... and as and when it comes you can enjoy the features. Till then .. woof woof... chill  |

I have two cats mate Thomas who is female and weighs 10 kilos (long story on the name) and smudge and they both now trainned to kill SE employees

Shes pure ginger and when they are that colour they are usually males the vet sexed her wrong so when she got done i found out she was a she but the name stuck my other cat is a rescue one and very loving but they are both highly trainned killers:grin:

with regard to the UK the Sale of Goods Act states a product has to fit for the purposes for which it was purchased, if the product was advertised with MMS (which it was) and the reason you bought the phone was even in part the mms (or any other advertised feature which is in the upgrade) , the the T68 IS NOT FIT FOR THE PURPOSE IT WAS PURCHASED, and Sony Ericsson have contravened the Act. |

Oooo... CATS!!! damn things lol... actually i think they ok... not an animal lover myself, but then again thats illegal!!! LMAO oops.. sorry... bad kitty bad kitty!!
Anyway..
I spose that  have gone against what they have sold. When I bought the phone (In Jan) it said on the display card that the phone is capable of sending MMS messages... YEAH RIGHT!!! where the heck is it then ???
To me, its not a major drawback - but see the point of false advertising - its not on. I can wait til Vodaphone actually release the MMS capability - but still will need the phone to be able to send this too!! AAGGHHH...
Oh well... time to fit me new speakers into me car then!!!
