ExtremeTech have an interesting comparison of MP3, WMA 9, AAC and ogg vorbis at 64k, 128k and vbr encoding of 4 different types of music - jazz, techno, pop and classic.
its too much to post here for wap users but definitly worth a read when you get the chance
