The latest in DoCoMo's 3G FOMA lineup, the Sharp SH900i, Features a 2 megapixel autofocus camera, voice recorder, and MP4 video recording and playback (of programs recorded on Sharp's AQUOS TVs, for example). Displays, both TFT, are a 2.4" 262,144-colour main and 1.23" 65,536-colour sub.

Also includes a PDF/Word/Excel/Powerpoint document viewer (if you want to take work home and go blind squinting at it), which allows you to cut out sections of a document and send them by mail as image files.

Size is 105 x 51 x 26 mm, weight is 132g. Colour options are the reassuringly orthodox silver, red, and blue.

If the simulated display in the first picture is anyway near the real display quality (which, obviously, I doubt!), that could be a great phone! Nice specs, anyway.

The external screen does have that impressive high resolution quality. It's 1.1" QQVGA (160x120) tft screen.

Don't sharp use the ericsson mobile platform? They've made quite an impression recently. I'm impressed!

They do use SE platform. Not sure they use in everymodel or not.
Anyway, in term of screen, they use their own technology (CGS: Continuous Grain Silicon).
