Hi.
I searched through the forum and couldn't find a similar problem.
I am running a Win NT4.0 on my laptop which has a built in infrared device. I have installed Quickbeam Suite to support infrared on Win NT 4.0. The BIOS settings for the infrared port is COMM port 2. During the installation of the Quickbeam Suite, I have specified that the adaptor is connected to COMM port 2, and is a built in type. Everything seems to have installed correctly.

However when I test the connection the laptop will not find the T610 device and vice versa. Does anyone know why? I can't upgrade to XP etc. as the laptop is used for work.
