Thanx But there's no layout menu. Only borders and shading. Yeah I know that. I went there and I choose the border which I want. But the thing is the print preview does not show till the very bottom of the page. Even if I adjust the margins You try it. and will know what i mean

Hi Ayush - Are you still having difficulties?
I did have exactly the same problem, which I managed to solve! I started up Word, went into 'File' then clicked on the 'Print...' button, then clicked the 'properties' tab next to the current printer's name. As my printer uses an Epson Stylus printer, it's driver software has added some extra menus here, but see if there is a tab named 'paper' or something similar. If you click on this, you should get some options on the printable area of the paper - click on the button/check mark that says something like 'maximum printable area'. Then click OK.

You may get a box pop up when you click OK warning that print quality may be worse at the edge of the page - just click OK to this - and this should solve your problem! Good luck!
