I am afraid u installed soft for ur usb-bt dongle. First u've gotta install soft 2 ur pc later to connect dongle to pc. After that pc will ask to install a driver , put Cd 2 ur pc. I had the same problem 2 months ago.

Hi! After you have installed the driver (how I have expected you can connect the dongl to pc before you install the software) then the pc will search for devices, but it won't find anything, click simple to CANCEL! After go to MY BLUETOOTH PLACES and there search for devices, but the pc will search for another pcs, so you have there to set up that the pc have to look for all devices in the range or to search after phones! Good luck!

Well it was true, i put in dongle first, and then i install software, but now, i did it like that: i installed software, and then i put in the dongle, and windows asked me for drivers...Now this is installed, but on the picture you can see that ''bluetooth network cable is unplugged''.I don't know why, where...So, then i went to, my bluetooth places, and i clicked bluetooth setup wizard and on the picture2, you can see, what happens if i click on it, i prefered second option, but it start's to search, and it doesen't find anything. My software is 1.3.1, in menu i find option firmware upgrade, maybe this should resolve the problem, but i didn't find new firmware in offical site of MSI.On phone i've turned on bluetooth...peoples told me, that i should click paired devices on phone...but i don't know...
Here are two pictures of a problem:

Cool, now you are on the right way, it says that the network cabel is unpluged, but it is because the pc accep the dongle as a network card! What you have to do now that in the MY NETWORK PLACES you choose BLUETOOTH SETUP WIZARD, there I always choose the first, and for file transfer you need to set up the OBEX TRANSFER!

My internet connection sucks! But when the pc is searching for phone, than you have to choos the SHOW ALL DEVICE or SHOW PHONES AND MODEMS! Because it is searching for pcs only!
