why my T-Mobile T610 cannot be upgrade it's firmware?
he told me that software is not compatible since their software is for original T610! |

I think U must re-flash with original firmware, 'cause T-Mobile use their own firmware. After that, U'll be able to upgrade firmware. |

how and what do u mean by 're-flash with original software'?
if i take it so Authorized SE shop will they do it for me? |
