This nine year old girl in Florida was arrested for stealing a rabbit from her neighbour. A police officer came round placed hand cuffs on her, read her rights and took her to the station.

Would'nt happen in the UK,under 10 yr olds cant be arrested and charged here from what i know,unless they changed the law recently 
How about the 12 yr old American girl who got a $2k something fine for downloading music with Kazaa or whatever she used 
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay. |
