Most likely it is the settings of the site...
Probably a misconfigured MIME type setting.

Give us your phone model, the site, and what you were try to download...and maybe I can can help you out!

Try to bi-pass it. Go to http://wap.o2.co.uk (yes its O2 but it will work for orange wap users) then click on messaging. You will then get a list of different email sites. Yahoo is near the bottom, works for me!

i used to have this prob 6 months ago , a year ago and so on.It's a prob with GPRS sometimes and with the yahoo messenger sometimes but the phone can't differenciate between the probs and gives u the same error. The only thing u can do is to close wap and re-login.Sometimes would work for another hour with no prob and sometimes just give me the same error.Nuthin' u can do, really. If u look for the thread, u might find it...my thread about the same prob, i mean.

I have the same problem, they did this to the uk yahoo messenger so i started to use the usa page for messenger, worked ok for about 6 months, now i get the 'item not supported' message.

Anyone know the homepage for yahoo worldwide messenger, where you choose country,i'd like to try canada's page now
If nobody wants it.. put it on eBay.
