Anyone had problems with the keys on their Motorola V600 scratching the inside screen when closed? My phone is only a week old and has scratches on screen where the keys have been rubbing it.It this common whth all V600's or is mine assembled incorrectly?

If you've only had it a week, get it exchanged, that doesn't sound normal.

Well l've not had much experience with clamshells, but can say when l had a samsung t100 I didn't have this problem, I have a friend with a moto t720i and 1 with a v300 and they don't have this problem. A friend with a z600 doesn't have this problem..... in my opinion its not satisfactory and should be replaced.

it does seem normal given the design of the case. but given that you purchased it only one week ago i reckon you should try you hand in complaining andrequesting another new phone. i wish it had the same design as the v60i where you could replace the whole cover...

Send it back dude, that's not normal. My V600 has two tiny rubber protrusions on the inside of the lower half, designed to stop the keys hitting the screen. Perhaps yours have been set too low.....I’ve had my V600 for a couple of months, and the screen is still flawless...

Get it back m8 for a replacement.....

I've had the v300,v500 and 3x v600 and none had this problem..

I have a 2 month old V600 here and still no marks on screen , even though i keep it polished up with the polishing cloth

Still stick to my guns and say the V500 as the best tft screen out of all the VXXX range...
