T610 crash |

Forgive me if this has already been posted. When surfin wap my phone sometimes freezes forcing me to take the batt out and restarting. It also switches off and back no again a few mins later- any suggestions? Thanx :-l

you might consider updating your firmware if you do not have the latest

I have had the phone less than 2 months so i should have the latest? How do i find out and where do i update?

On the other hnd, i have my phone since august 03 , stil R1L 013 and no problem, no freezing ,no nuthin'. So if the soft is the same, why his is freezing and mine doesn't? Doesn't switch off either.

i believe the manufacture firmware still R1L even u claims to bought it as new 2 months back. well... u can try this.
1. try to maximize ya free space more than 300kb
2. proper shut down of mophun games or java applications.
3. try to shut down properly twice a week.

Check your free memory and try deleting some data from your phone,
free memory is important for preventing crashes. |
