SE Jakarta, Indonesia sell me a used T68i with joystick counter of 7612
SE think that we as the consumer are stupid or something? you think we will not check it huh?!! I am taking the stupid t68i back to the head office and demand for a NEW PHONE!!!

se in jakarta was promoting it at plaza senayan, the promotion price which includes the phone, communicam, and micro travel charger. unfortunately they ran out of stock, but i made the full payment with a credit card, se promised to deliver the phone the next day, i buy their words. I called them up this morning, and se told me their stocks are still in singapore, won't be able to get to jakarta till wednesday. I was so angry and i scolded se by phone, and someone at se promised to deliver the phone today, cos i told them i wanted my money back if they dun deliver it to me. they delivered the phone this evening, and i checked the phone, and found out it was used. arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! their service sucks!!! se is such a big cheater and liar!!! |

memangnya di plaza senayan gak ada stok barangnya? kok bisa2nya mereka pameran di sana tanpa stok? waktu pertama kali keluarga t6x dikeluarkan, mereka pameran di MTA dan semua barangnya available kok. mungkin jadi pengalaman lain kali jangan beli barang di pasar abstrak seperti pameran tersebut. lagipula banyak orang yang agak risih dengan kebijaksanaan SE untuk mengobral T68i. menurut mereka itu bisa2nya SE aja biar T68i laku dulu, kebetulan minggu depannya diperkirakan firmware MMS T68m akan keluar.

its an official se launching their products at plaza senayan for 3 days, for the price of Rp4.5 juta, you get t68i, communicam, micro travel charger. dun you think its a good buy, i think its a good buy.
I bought the 1st t68i on the 1st day of their promotion, and got the 2nd t68i for my brother on the last day, when they ran out of stocks. |

It was at 22nd of March 2008
I had a problem with my flexible cable Z310i, the Service Center fixed it but not even 1 month, it had the same problem again, so I went back to get it repaired for the 2nd time. They said that they needed to wait for the spare part and it would take 2 weeks process. But what happened? It was only 3 days, and they called me, telling that my phone machine swapped with new machine.
But actually,
Sony Ericsson Service Center in Bogor, Indonesia. swapped my machine with used machine. I knew it because th machine got contact list and on the file manager, there were pictures taken by someone, at 2007. Also it got messages in the inbox, plus it can be seen in the service test and service setting that can be run in the handphone. Total call time recorded was over hundreds of hours while the clam flip counted as much as more than 8000 times.
Now that they still claimed this as the "Advanced Synchronisation Data" from the main Sony Ericsson in Indonesia. Do you believe that shit?
For sure the technicians cheated by swapping my machine with used machine.
I made a complaint to the Customer Service Jakarta, then they came up with a solution of giving me a new Z530 for free....(simply to cover up their mistake? This indicates some kind of clean bribery to make everything clear) and told me to pull back all my emails and complaints to Main Sony Ericsson.
I cant just accept this, I want a clarified statements about the machine they had swapped with my machine.
Does anybody know the main head office address of Sony Ericsson in Jakarta? Please post information about it.
