Are any of these pictures better quality than the "on screen" pics taken with the MCA-20.
These were produced using "MY PICS"
and DRS-10

What is it you really want to compare ? Because You're talking about different things here :
You're talking about a camera that takes jpg.images in much higher resolution (colors) than the phone can handle.
AND you're talking about a pc-program that can turn pictures into the correct T68 colors.
----------------------
The ONLY way to turn the jpg.images from the camera into correct T68-colors,..is of course to load the images into e.g. Photoshop or Mypictures,..just as You do with ANY other picture You want to use in the phone.
All the camera does,..is to take jpg.images,..just like any other digital-camera. Theres no difference here.
YES,..You can use the pictures directly in the phone,..but of course they wont have the 256colors of the T68.
That would require, that the images was taken in gif and/or Indexed colors,..and they are not,..they are jpg,..much higher resolution (a lot more colors in jpg).
If I took one of the pictures from the MCA-20 and put into MyPictures program,..and did the "color dither",..I would get the same result as with any other picture,..no differences here.
Mca-20 pictures are just like any other jpg.picture You see on e.g. the internet,..just ordinary jpg.format
Here's a MMS-size 80x60 image taken with MCA-20 :
And one in 160 x 120 :
