6230 vs 8910i |

Hi, i just cant decide which one i should go for. on one hand all the features i could possibly want at a price that seems half way reasonable (£300 to my understanding) vs a killer looking phone but with no features and very over priced (but remember best lookin phone on the market). Which one??????
Also is there a new 89*** series goin to be released hopefully with a better screen.

@wasssupdoc - For me better go for the Nokia 6230. The Nokia 8910i is a great small looking fone, though has some disadvantage. My friend who works in a celfone shop here in Manila advised me a couple years back not to buy a Nokia 8910. The problem with it's 'mechanism' the motor type thing that makes the fone goes up out of it's casing costs around US$170.00 here. So, I guess the principle behind the Nokia 8910i and 8910 casings are both just the same. Better consult it's price first in your place then. Does a Nokia 6600 not in your list of choices?, it's a good one though! Thanks! |

Jo is right, if you really want NOkia, go for 6230, 6600 or wait for new ones like 7610...

thanks for the help, the problem with the 6600 is that i dont need the series 60 platform and its not worth the extra cost and size! |

@wasssupdoc - So, why not consider the idea of @atlis here. The arrival of the Nokia 7610 is a good choice as well, though, as always the price will be high too. Try looking for the specs in it's website - Nokia. I find it very amazing, specially it's 80 MB internal memory, cam and 10 mins. video. Looks like it will be a Nokia 6230 here mate! |

so does no one even consider the the 8910i, i know the features are beyond crap with the screen the same as the nok 3100, but i find the problem with features is that the phone will become redundant within one year!!, i already know of a flip nokia with the same features, a nice lookin semiens s65 with 1.3M pixel camera and many business features and a 101 other phones that will kill the 6230 in features. So i guess to expand my search i should ask what are the best lookin phones in the market accordin to all of u??? (this is because im that much of a poser lol) |

if you just want to make calls and texting and not bothered about games rinbgtones camera colour screen and other fun stuff you can do with a phone and can afford it go for the 8910i |

go for nokia 6230, the 65K screen is so far the best of nokia phones, having large internal and external memory and with picture caller ID, video and mp3. Visit your handphone dealer and try out both phones before you made a final decision to purchase. |
