Before I start ranting, let me first say that I absolutely adore my T630...
First of all, just wondering if you have faced the same problems I have with the SE Support Staff in S'pore...they either don't know what they are doing or they simply don't care.
After I bought my T630 less than a month ago (I converted from a N6100), I started missing ALOT of calls (the phone either doesn't ring or rejects the call when I press accept) and I had alot of problems sending SMSes. When I called the service staff, they told me to switch off my GPRS+GSM setting and just set it to GSM. But when I asked why, they tell me that some phones cannot function properly with GPRS setting on. What the --?! But can give no other solution, nor can they explain why. And when I emailed technical help, they tell me to go down to the service centre, instead of answering my questions about the settings. AND, obviously the counter girls at the service centre know nuts about the technicalities of the phone...sigh...I'm sorry but in terms of service, Nokia beats SE.

Well, let me try to answer som e of your problems. Basically, you need to check your T630 firmware whether it is the latest as sometimes, when you bought the phone, manufacturers downloaded the initial firmware which after some time, SE might solve some bugs and fixes to the T630. BTW, the firmware is similar as software context but only phone. You can check the firmware by using the jogdial and the * key by >*<<*<* Then select SW Info and see the R****. From here, check with SE technician for the latest and let them flash the new firmware for you and see whether it solves your problem. If still not, seek for a replacement if waranty is still on.
As for the services offered, I believe it is very much depends. In Malaysia, the service is much better than the rest incl Nokia. Maybe in Singapore, it is rather different. Try checking with TonyG in http://www.secentral.net on the SE Service Centre in Singapore where they used to visit and get discount for accessories. If I'm not mistaken, there is one in Orchard Road near Taka.
