You also forgot Carkitter that ACC would have been an absolute nightmare for bruce and alfred and thus they both would have given up crime fighting and butlering and instead become chatered accountants or lawyers

(Then there'd be the IRD going after Batman for undisclosed assest and GST)

And then you would get all the tw@s sitting in internet cafes or trendy soulles bars, drinking Coronas or Woo-Woos, talking about alfred and bruce's "blatant homosexual feelings toward each other, you can see clearly, reading between the lines, this is a gay rights movie, all that leather, unusual car, the old man doing the cooking and the younger man prancing around with a mask on...I mean, how 1980's is this film? Oh, its so reminiscent of [insert some obscure sh!te film here]...oooh, do you remember Clark Dunchester? What an actor, he was amazing in that..."

I think it's time they went new age and made BATMAN BEYOND like the cartoon where Bruce is old and new guy takes over.

You've seen the film. Now play the Scalextrix spin-off. You heard me. While some of you might feel that the dark gritty world of Batman is difficult to realise with Scalextrix, you'd be surprised at how swish the scalextrix version of the Batmobile looks. Plus, it's Scalextrix. The set comes with a Gotham PD car(complete with flashing red lights) and, of course, the Batmobile. It allows you to race through two metres of coloured track, and comes with a playmat with scenes from the film. Expect it to retail for £80 from the end of June.

Here's a good article on how the batmobile was made.

If the crouching, jagged Batmobile from the movie "Batman Begins" looks to you like the offspring of a Lamborghini Countach and a Hummer, congratulations. You hit the nail on the head.
