Japanese Nando Media introduces a service for mobile phones designed to work with five models of the Toshiba RD series (RD-XS40/RD-X3/RD-XS31/RD-XS41/RD-X4) of hard-disk DVD recorders.

Users can program recordings of shows on their Home DVD Recorder from their Phones anywhere anytime - pretty cool.
More details on TV Nano and RD-Style.
Besides programming DVD Recorders other new mobile services in Japan like the Analyzing Skin Condition and Recognizing a Song Title on the Radio service.
