T68 sticks on searching?? |

Any idea what's the reason behind this problem?? The network welcomes you when the phone turns on and then sticks on searching..Can't make or recieve any calls.The phone is built in Malaysia and locked on orange in UK. I suspect that smthg is wrong wiht the fone not the sim.
Any suggestions? |

Im having the exact same problem on T-mobile UK so it must be a phone fault. Its been fine since I bought it a month ago, its only started doing this in the past few days. The phone will be fine for a while and then it will get stuck like you mentioned. The signal meter shows a signal every now and then when its stuck but still wont register. When you try and search for networks in the connect menu it turns up nothing at all, very weird.
Im also having related trouble every now and then when I try to make a call, the phone will (even with a full signal) go through the motions of calling and then when its about to connect the blue dialog box goes off and signal meter drops fully and calls cant be made!!

Had this problem to but I went to my service point and they changed the built-in antenna
Now it works fine again:-o

I have that problem if I go into a zone where there is no network coverage. So mine keeps searching till I return to an area where there is network coverage. When I am in a different country it keeps searching for weeks together  |
