Transferring mp3\s to HBM 30 |

Can anyone give me a detailed guide as to how to transfer DOWNLOADED (not CD albums ripped to the pc) mp3's to the HBM 30.
I've read that the supplied 64mb card is Magic Gate and therefore only records in ATRAC3. If I buy a non Magic Gate ms duo will I just be able to put it in to my ms card reader and drag n drop the mp3's to the card?
Any help will be most appreciated
TIA

you have 2 choices.
1. you can buy a Memory stick card reader, and transfere MP3 over in a folder named "MP3". You have to select MP3 in the HPM-30
Or
2. you put the kabel you got with the palyer into your PC (the same input where you put your speaker) and them pull record on the HPM-20 and press start on the song you want to her on the PC.
I hope i could help you a little bitt..
And yes you can play MP3 on the with Memory stick you got with te MP3 player
