I can't see anything glaringly wrong with it. Looks like your standard BT dongle. You might want to check reviews on the intraweb for people who have bought it and have a strong enough opinion on it to write something about it.
The BT adapters are basically all the same, using the same chipset. You want to buy from a manufacturer that provides up to date Widcomm software in the box, and continues to provide updates on their website.
