I've just upgraded my software to R4A007 but I lost all my phonenumbers, highscores, pics, melodies, ...
Is this normal or is it just me?

yes it's normal... there is no guarantee that things you have stored in your phone will still be there after a software update, therefore you should always make a backup of it, if you want to keep anything....
the servicepoint doesn't take any responsibility for things you have saved in your phone, it's up to you to get it saved (or the servicepoint can for a small charge make a backup before updating)
