80078 SMS - costing £1 everytime I recieve it |

Hello.
My apologies if this has already been talked about, but I did do a search and couldn't find any topics on it.
Basically, once a week I get a text from the number 80078, and the text is titled "TONE SELECTA: Its time to select ur nokia tone". Normally I don't complain at spam texts, however every time I get this message it's costing me £1 to recieve it. £1 a week may not be much, but £52 a year could be spent on something better
Anyone know how to stop this? There is no contact details or website in the text, the only numbers I have is to text back to get your ringtone on 8007.
Any help would on how to stop this would be greatly recieved.
Thanks very much,

do you remeber which service you used that initiated this one in the first place?

These texts come from a company called Sonera Zed, who would have once texted you offering a "first free ringtone". Texting them back subscribes you to their multimedia service at £1.28 a text.
Call them on 09063 020 933. Devious beggers.
Or text "Selecta off" (without the quotes) to 8007 to cancel. (I know this thanks to Orange customer services).
I'm going to try and get my money back since they make no mention of subscription in the text. I'm sure I can find some legislation they've violated.
