Unable to access serial port for T610 |

Have successfully installed FMA and connected T610 via BT to my laptop. Tried doing the same for my laptop however the process is different. When it set the serial port on my desktop i could define com port 1 to 9. However when I tried on my laptop, the com port space is blank with no options for a valid com port. I'm perplexed coz I do have a com port that is not connected to any device. Please help. |

I do not quite understand your question, but BT is supposed to assign new COM port numbers that are different from what you already have on your computer. So the fact that you have an unused COM port is kind of irrelevant.

Then something must be wrong then as there is actually no com port assigned for the bluetooth port. How can we then assign manually a com port for the bluetooth? |

if you launch phone monitor options from your windows control panel, you should be able to set the com ports that you want to make available for your phone. |
