I can't access it at home on my xp machine. it was fine but now it loads a grey screen and says done thats it.....
I have cleared my cookies relating to esato and it still fails. Anyone aware of what causes this problem????
I can access other forums fine... |

Have you tried restarting your whole system? Sometimes Windows fails to load everything its supposed to.

NTL is my provider and yes i have accessed it before.
Full system restart has been done too.....
I can access all the rest of the site just not the boards.... |

Have you got a firewall on if so turn it off and see if you can reach the boards then?

When did this start? Are you aware that NTL have been having problems in the recent past? Could that be causing it?

Yes i have a firewall and there is nothing set that would cause a problem. all other forums secure sites ETC work Fine...
As said tho NTL could be the problem..... might try it on another pc in the house
Its frustrating. i support PC's every day and this has baffled me.... |
