t610 save contacts only on phone memory.Please Help. |

Hi there,I just switched to t610, i m confused to see that it can save new contacts only on the phone book(phone memory) and there's no any option to save new contacts on the SIM CARD itself.in Advanced option,there's an option to COPY ALL TO SIM,but if we do so,it will replace all the existing SIM CONTACTS.and COPY ALL phone contacts to SIM CARD.resulting we losing our older contacts on SIM.Does someone know the trick to save new single contacts on the SIMCARD instead of phone book memory of T610.Thanks ! | |

It cannot be done, I'm sorry.
What i usually do is load all contacts from SIM onto the phone first, then add/modify and every once in a while I copy the whole phone book back to the SIM card.

well u can copy the older contact to ur phone first, then copy all of them back to sim card. though i suggest u make a backup copy of phone contact to pc before trying. | |
