Thank you for attending my post. I bought a Bluetooth USB dongle (100m - Class1 , company - LightWave). I am trying to install the software packaged with the dongle on my laptop which has windows2000 as the operating system. Each time i install it gives a message saying "You do not have administrative privileges to install the software" . Whereas I am the administrative on my laptop. I require this software installed desperately. Could anyone tell me the reason for this message. Are there any setting in the services of ports that need to be done before installing the software.
