That looks well smart! but thats reflected in the price! 1000EUR! i dont see anything about bluetooth tho? surely they must have that! I like the voice recognition feature without the need for pre-recording, interesting. |

Looks great. Too bad, it only supports CDMA2000 standard used mainly in Japanese/American Markets wherereas Most GSM phones adopt WCDMA Standard |

I hate it when they only show the front picture. I need to see if it has an external antenna or not. I will never buy a phone with external antenna again. This is because I always keep my phone in my pocket and getting out your phone is always a hassle with a f*cking antenna. |

GSM phones (d/w)on't adopt WCDMA standard. GSM and WCDMA have nothing that make them relating to each other.
GSM is a standard, where GPRS, HSCSD, and EDGE belong.
WCDMA (for UMTS) is a completely different Radio technology than that used by GSM. UMTS with WCDMA will be, on CDMA side, the competitor to CDMA2000.
Besides, CDMA2000 does not exist in Japan at all. Japan has IMT 2000, using WCDMA, like UMTS. CDMA2000 is only valid in Korea, and US. China also said they would deploy CDMA 2000. That's it. Note that a large bunch of operators worldwide have already (see 3G auctions) decided to go for UMTS.

So i made a mistake to include Japanese 3G Operator in CDMA2000, Probably assume IMT2000 is equal to CDMA 2000

I don't think so. May be I should phrase it correctly. Most of the Currect European GSM Mobile Operators opt for WCDMA or UMTS |
