I let my friend look at my t68i and he took the battery off without taking the phone power off...after that happened he put battery back in and now whenever i go to the phonebook it has blank spaces over about a third of my numbers. When i enter the options menu for those numbers it still remains blank and the phone resets every time. Also when i try to delete a blank number it says delete failed! Also i tried to reset my phone book and then sync with outlook to get the numbers back but to delete all entries you need a phone code, what is the default code? Thank you for any help...

1234 or 0000, it's in your manual

There was another guy with the same problem, don't remember the exact answer, try search... it has something to do with the position of your numbers....

good luck!
