Can u help me in differenciating between these high tech products ?
I am always confused by these terms..pls give a good comparison & details between them...(photos r preferable)
1.PDA
2.Palm
3.Pocket PC
4.Symbian phone
5.Smart phone

1.PDA - this is either a palm, pocket pc or any other touch input device (ofcourse it has to be small) as far as i know pda means personal digital agenda...
2.Palm - an operating sytem used by some pda's, though palm also makes ther own pda's
3.Pocket PC- an operating system used by most pda's (similar to microsoft os)
4.Symbian phone- a phone that has symbian software, example- p900 and 6600 (the main advantage of symbian is that it is an open operating system)
5.Smart phone- usually a phone that has a microsot os but this term is now common in other ways, for instance some are calling p900 and 6600 a smartphone...

well xda and xda II comes to mind but every ppc can handle calls with an adaptor.... |
