Go to the SE site at http://www.sonyericsson.com click on global support, enter your phone model and u will be directed to the support page. On the top left u will see the configuration links for email/sms/mms. Click on the email link and follow the directions to get ur email settings.
A second alternative to getting ur email settings is to call ur service provider and ask them to send it to u.
Once u have the settings installed u can email from the Messages section of ur P900.
Its best to proceed to the state of getting ur settings before asking for additional help for more specific problems as the issues may be diverse.
The 3rd option is to post ur service provider and the type of plan u r on and someone can then assist u with the manual settings.
Three options, pick one, and more help will be on the way!!!

Thing im having probs with is that i dont want to download all 48msgs! i set it2 jus download headers, downloaded the actual mail i wanted and trashed the rest! Next time i check mail it downloads all the headers 4 mail i jus trashed! is there a way to have my p900 delete mail on the mail server or an alternative way around this? @Neyo.
Thats surprising since when I delete my headers it also deletes from my main email inbox.
I'm not a techinal person but it seems like ur P900 is copying from ur main email account but what u do on the P900 does not affect ur main account. Therefore u should check ur main email account options to ensure it is not set to leave a copy on the main server. Thats the only thing I can think of.
