I have tried to set up MMS on my p900 and i have downloaded all the settings and can send a message up till 95% and then it says failed "user barred". can someone please explain what this means as i only got the phone a few days ago and how can i get round this as it is so annoying. Everything else like Wap and SMS work. you replies would be much appreciated.

did O2 enable MMS on your account?

that is often the reason for getting that message

Its not the phone or settings at fault, you need to get o2 to activate mms on your simcard, just like they activate for gprs. And just because your gprs is working doesn't mean mms will, this has to be activated seperately.

Well i called o2 to get them to activate gprs and mms on my sim when i bought my p900 and that was it, i'd already got the settings myself from the SE website. Call o2 on 1701 and ask to be put through to technical dept. They'll sort it out for you.
