I work in a retail shop in Uk (Comet) and had a training session wid a T-Mobile Representative, and we got talking about the T68.
Basically, I metioned the new T68i and he said, its ok coz the upgrade will be available online. He goes "T-Mobile thought, hold on, we just got the T68!", so they will be making it easy.
I said, "i thought it would need to be done at a SE service point" but he said that they will make it available online. He also said that hes having a meeting bout this and other things on friday and will be sending info to my store...
What do you lot reckon?

The upgrade is available online - a server called EMMA II.
However in order to run the upgrade you need a special cable and smart card that connects with EMMA to authorise the upgrade.
So yes it needs to be done at a Service Centre.
