How do I synchronise my T68 to my P.C. |

Now can someone help me I have a data cable to link my pc to my T68 yet I cannot find asny software so as to synchronise it with my microsoft outlook. Please can someone help me as I need to back up my T68 b4 I can upgrade to the new T68i software.
