Is there anyway of finding out whether an IMIE number is blocked?
Like a website or a network advise line that tells you before purchasing a Mobile phone?
Just a thought, as it would prove to be quite useful.

The only problem is it doesn't tell you if it is blocked.

well it says my white T630 has production date prior to 1 jan 2003! and it couldn't tell me the model type and I got the same finland thing as Krubach
for my P900 it says product date 20-01-2004 which is incredible when jazzy advertised it here on 28-12-2003 and I bought it on 03-01-2004!

My phone was manufactured after I recieved it!
As for the Finland reference... perhaos everybody gets this? maybe the whole IMEI thing simply was originally Finnish?

i just checked my fone it seems my fone was made 14 days after a bought it..
i wish i had the one in the pic,look good in blue.
mine was finland too,this is why i guess..
