I bought a PC for my son and got the Office 2003 upgrade with it.
I really like the layout on the new version and I'm thinking of upgrading my laptop to Office 2003 from 2002.
Just to doubble check:
I wont lose my settings and documents by doing so will I?
Sorry if this is a stupid question but computers are not my strongest side. (Ask me about mobile phones though... )

I have accidently deleted some very important .DLL files like olepro32.dll and was wondering if anybody knew how to get them back?.
Without them none of my media programs work and i cant use my mp3 player or digital camera.

@rimmer5
best thing is to reinstall the applications... another way is to copy the files from another computer, but this might be a bit risky, if the files are older then the ones included with the programs the programs might not work properly.
@tranquil
just watch out for BSA

OK, to protect my reputation here... Office 2003 can be installed on three individual computers, once on each. I've done all three of them now, my son has two of them on his brand new "empty" compters and I took the last one, and they are all registered with Microsoft. I AM AN HONEST GUY! HONEST! I AM!!!
Oh yes, it went smooth as anythin on the laptop. It looks great!
@Cytech BSA?
