T65 versus T39 .... |

This would have been a no-brainer if the T39 had a larger screen. I have no use for Bluetooth and the GSM1900 band. I can live without IR as long as there's a data cable.
So, which one should I get? Let's focus on the essentials like T9 speed, battery life, ringer volume, keypad ergonomics, vibra strength. Do you think the T39's small screen is a liability? |

As you describe your needs, I think you will love the T65. Being oldfashioned I do not even use the capabilities with T9...I only find it annoying... |

that's right..... it depends on your level of satisfaction. if your needs are only up to what you mentioned in your note... a t65 is all you need! |

Go for the T65!
If nothing else, the larger display is worth it alone if you have no use for IR/Tri-Band. (And in humble my opinion, a much better design.)
I get about 220h+ of stand-by time and 4-6h talk time on my T65, which is nice...

I would buy the T39... it is much better regarding it's features, and it's a more "serious" phone, as mencioned above... I think that sometime you might need the ir connection. And it's screen is very legible, despite the size... I have used it and i really enjoyed it, contrary to the T65, which had a keypad that gave me a hard time trying to press the keys!! It was like a dummie! Anyways, despite my opinion about the T39, both of them are good phones, and no matter which you choose, i think you will be pleased!

I have a T39. had it a week. I think it's a great mobile phone. Nice display, good battery life, IR is handy. It's great looking too.
Can't comment on the T65. I have used many Ericsson phones and they have all been good. T39 best so far.

You forgot to put R520m between T68 and T39. K.A. |
