Having read this forum I decided to buy a Jabra BT 200 headset, given that they are very cheap at the moment.

However I am having a bit of a problem. When I connect to my phone the battery in the headset only lasts about 6 hours. Thinking I must have a faulty one I returned it and was sent a replacement......... and guess what - this one only lasts six hours as well. So has anyone any ideas what is going on?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Martin

Only 6 hours? What do you mean, on stand-by? Or talk time? Cause I have the HBH-60, and its talk time is only 2.5 hours. Its stand-by time is something like 6 hours. Well, inform us, please.

It sounds like you must have a permanent connection to your phone. You should not see a headset icon unless a call is in progress. Among other things you could try turning bluetooth off and on again after you have turned on your headset on. (You don't ever have to connect your headset manually - once it's paired you just have to turn it on
