if it looks like that, I 'll be really dissappoined! the t220 is å phone that never should have been released. But ugly and old fasion!

nah i don't think se will ever produce a phone like that, the pic is from the forum which arre started and he said it was exactly like that, he even stated that he had the phone in his hand !!

But the rest is true, I didnt get a real pic to publish, so I made a joke of the pic.
However It will be an interesting phone.
SE has thinken about such a model a very long time, but they have always thought that it will not bring profit, su the rugged ones never leaved the drawing-table...until now.
I don want to argue. Just wait and se!

i believe arre, because se is going to produce a push-to-talk phone - and you don't need push-to-talk in a buisness phone |

I donīt think SE is considering a rugged phone since (This is the version I have been told) The R310s cost way too much to produce and didnīt really appeal to a big enough crowd *there are only SO many construction workers, fishermen and outdoorsmen..*
I think it would be cool with a new SE "Kalashnikov-phone" but i fear they would make it too "Jap-jeep-wannabe" and add too many bells and whistles to make it more attractive for it to be really practical, rugged and useful under really extreme conditions.

i don't think we are talking about a rugged phone, maybe it is shock prove but thats it ... we are talking about a phone for sports ... sony has also a S series, for cd-players and so on |

the r310s was one of my fave ericssons ever! i went rafting/swimming with it, dropped it from 2 stories onto concrete and all it got was scratches! AMAZING phone. i still use it everytime i go back to europe, i only wish it would work on 1900 in the states. i'd love for a new rugged SE phone to come out that is r310s caliber. |

Yes you are right it is not as rugged as the R310 ( it looks much more like a normal phone than) But it is waterproof, thatīs what makes it Unique!

ok i'm not so sceptic anymore, and the name is quite possible....
(because t330 is going to be sucessor to t300, and t230 is already out so the only number in this "low" markets are,- s220, s410 (i higly doubt it), s510 (maybe but i don't think so)
though it could be s210 but s220 sounds better to me.....
yes i believe that se will put a sport/rugged/whatever phone eventualy
but the other thread is complete nonsense so that's why i don't have a lot of faith in arre.....
btw: if we are talking about sport phones then this would probably be
his competitor...
