Just got my T65 this friday.. And in some light conditions I can se like a rainbow of colors in the corner of the lcd display. Just like oil in water. It's not on the front glass. Any one seen this ? It's hard to see sometimes. I tried to to take pics on it..

Yepp bring it back to the store there you bought it! If you press a LCD display they can look like that, so maybe its been "exposed" to some "unwanted" pressure?!

Hope it works out, sad if you have to send it back to their "online" store. Would be much easier if they could solve it in the store.
If its going to an ordinary Service Im sure it will work to talk to the store and they sends it away and get the display switched.

Good Luck!

when you take it to a Telia store, bring all things, manual, charger, box etc... since you bought it so recently you can have it replaced as DOA (Defect On Arrival), then you get a completly new T65 instead...

Sad news. Was at the store and we looked at 6-7 different T65 phones. Yellow and dark blue ones.. all hade the same deffect in sun light.
He called SE and they have not heard about the problem

I got a new one but it hade the same deffect. Any one else with T65 that can check theirs.. let the sun light on the display , held it with 45 degrees angle to the sun. and look from different angels and look for color in uppper right cornor.

This is boring as the T65 is a nice phone.. I dunno what to do now.
Maybe send away an email to SE. so they at least heard about the problem..

I don't think its a problem. as u probably know, plastic (the screen) is made from oil, just like gasoline, and if you, for example spill gasoline in the water, and look at it during sunlight, you'll se the same "rainbow" effect. its probably just a cheep kind of plastic, less refined.

My idea is that it is a little pressure on the display in upper right corner. As the colors where there on all we checked.
But you could be right to. who knows..

Other T65 users same deffect in LCD display ?

Sad to hear, nice though that they let you switch to another phone without a lot of argue.

Got an answer from SE support to.
Nothing they could do about it. They could also se it on some of their phones in some sunlight conditions.

Yeah there was no problem at the store.

And so thats it now?? Arnt they going to do something about it?? The best they can do is let u replace it for free for another model?? Like the t68i or something???

I would argue the fact that you have bought a new product under the assumption that it works 100% but in this case, its deffective and not to your satisfaction.

I hope they do sort it out for you, i know I wouldnt be happy about it, especially if it bugs u a lot!!!

The only option they could offer me was to buy it back.. Ie have the money back.
So I decided to stick with a new one. ( also with colors in sunlight )

noticed another thing today.. It is realy easy to get dust and stuff between the cover (glass) and the lcd display grrr :/
