if you use the Phonebook & text message manager from ericsson, you can find this file in:

\Program Files\Ericsson\Communications Suite\Phonebook & Text Message Manager\Data\ecsmca.xml

i wanted to find out more information and the specs of this file.

does anyone know where to get it? i've been searching the net for several days, but haven't found any good lead.

thanks

@GOwin, it an XML file. All you need is an XML parser. What exactly do you want to do? You could export it to SQL Server.

@carnovol
the XML file mentioned is used by the phonebook and text message manager software to store ALL your messages and contacts - unless you have deleted them from within the deleted folder inside PBTM itself.
