i would like to give some cell phones to some friends in brazil, i already found out that the p900 is pretty easy to get in portuguese, but how about the z200 and z600? can i get them in portuguese here or program them so the menus are in portuguese?

thanks,

The phone should come programmed with the default menu language as the language of the country in which you buy it.

For instance, I bought my z200 in Hong Kong, and the Menus option lists both Chinese and English. The default setting, however, was Chinese, and I had to change it when I first got the phone.

You cannot program language packs yourself, as they are part of the firmware. You will need to have firmware with the desired language pack installed by an service point.
