orange missed calls sms |

This may be old news but i cant find any info on here but has anyone else noticed that you get a sms msg sent to your phone (orange-uk) when you have had a missed call. The other night when i was hiding from the better half in the local pub and not answering her calls, she rang 5 times and i didnt answer, then i got an orange sms informing me of the missed calls. Not sure if this is a good feature or not |

Also here on orange and vodafone in the netherlands,just a standard feature when voicemail is activated..

i see, so you get the txt msg when your phone is switched off then? This would explain it because i cant remember the last time i switched it off!!! |

Yes,sometimes i turn my phone off at night so when i turn it on in the morning i get a notification that someone has called me including the number..

U only get the sms when a call goes to your voicemail and they dont leave a message. The othes times you have voicemail and the missed call display on ur phone. U can turn the feature off by ringing the answerphone
