Was just wondering... Will it be the same as when I upgrade my Nokia phone? Cos I hate it when I have to re-enter all the ringtones, pictures, etc... And it really wastes a lot of time, plus I dunno how to upload my new ringtones and pictures from my t68i over to my com or my pocket pc yet... die man... so is it true? anyone has upgraded software for t68 yet??

You will lose ALL the phone memory.Your phone will be formated before welcoming the new soft. It's highly recommanded to have a PC device connector such as data cable(30$) infra red(50$) or bluetooth(150$).Melodies can be saved as emy files and then easely recupered.
Don't forget that the T68 is fun because of color logos and having a connection with a PC is a real joy, when you will have the new soft you will have 56 personalisable pictures

If you do a normal software upgrade you wont lose anything. (I've done it) but if you mean the ''i=>m-conversion'' you will lose everything that you have saved at your phone, it will be totally reseted. This is because you change to a completly different file-system when you do this upgrade. So if I understood you right you've got the T68i, so just go and upgrade your soft-ware, you will not lose anything you've saved. I'm sure!

Actually Hampe,...this software upgrade from R2A-014 to R2B-025,..if you have a T68i already, is not allowed yet. SE just forgot to tell the service points, hehe.

I just found out about this. Its allowed to upgrade T68i's in week 24.
Right now they are analyzing it

So all us guys who have the R2B-025 in our T68i's, actually have illegal software

Then one could ask : Why is the software then on the EMMA2 ?? Not very smart,..if its not to be used !

There is actually one thing that won't be erased.
The code memory.
If you have stored any codes in the code memory, you'll still have them after the big upgrade!
