Realese Date for T68i firmware |

I have marked the date of May 13th for the new T68i firmware for my T68. Sonyericsson informed me that any SE service center can do this for me. Is this true, i live in canada and they tell me to go to any Rogers AT&T centre and they will do this for me. I would like to know where can i get this upgrade, and if May13th is actually the release date as marked by  |

as discussed earlier has changed release date... week 21 is now what they say as release for the T68m upgrade software |

I believe it has been pushed to week 21 (week starting 20-May-2002) as stated in the T68 FAQ on the Sony Ericsson website.

The upgrade was in reality postponed to week 21 2 weeks ago.
The new date everybody is talking about is may 25 |

doubt it will be relased on 25th May... that date is a Saturday 
has until now never released any upgrades on weekends, and they'll probably wont do it in the future either  |

Delay of 1 week means that they have some problems they are correcting before launching it.
If it was marketing strategy they would say week 25

If the T68i has been launched in your country,and that your T68 is T68m and not T68mc,then you will have it in your country

The way it is going with the b@st@rds at SE, it will probably be week 21 of 2003. I think I am going to give up on SE and buy a 7650. |

I don't se the problem to SE. I mean, here i Norway the T68i has been released for a long time ago..And the firmware in T68i is exactly the same as it will be in the upgraded T68m (as i have heared). So what is the problem to SE then, do they mean that we all with a T68m shall buy the t68i????
I mean all this waiting and delaying is really "pissing" me of.....I really have to say that I'm allmost agree with dw123. I mean, I have allways had a Nokia phone, and all the mobiles have been great...but this authum i I felt a little bit for the t68, and I called alot to Ericsson here in Norway and asked alot qustions about the T68, and one of the answer i got there is that the MMS-firmware, will be realesed in January 2002...
So i have to say, SE is about to push me (and maybe others ) back to theirs largest competitor Nokia....

I can say at least they lose me!!!T68m is the last and only SE in my life. I wont dump it now cuz I did pay kinda big money to it. but no more SEs...
Im done with SE, no more freaking, massing around with me again.
Im going to get samsung's or nokia's who treat me like I was their customers and satisfied my request b4. |
