I think you mean WMA ? and if so not to my knowledge.

WMA (and MP3/WAV/AU etc) are all digital recordings nothing more than musical data, but MIDI is instrumentals so any program (if it existed!) would somehow need to be intelligent enough to "hear" the tune and actually pick out the notes and rebuild that as a MIDI file. I'm not a musical person and although I'm fairly sure musically talented humans could probably do that with some ease, I figure it'd be very hard for a computer to tell what was "notes" and what was voice/effects etc.

Sorry!

It probably is an MP3 file or something like I described above. It might sound like a MIDI file, but the sites I've seen in the past have had it as MP3's to force you paying for it rather than just downloading it.

However, since it's a lot simpler it might be possible to convert that to a MIDI file, but I'm afraid I don't know of any such program so I will just shut up, but will follow this thread with interest to see if anyone else can suggest something!

borders on the impossible, a MP3/WMP/WAV file contains actualy music data. A Midi file is more like a conductor for a virtual orchestra, tells the computer/phone what instramnet to play, what note and for how long. so to convert it the computer would have to "listen" to the song and work out what instriment to play, what note and for how long for. Put simply unless your pc is from the future with AI then there is no way with current technology to automate the conversion all midis/ringtones are produced by humans who listen to a song and decide what instriment should play thats why if you get two diff midis of the same song they will be different on play back because two diff people made them
