I just purchased a T610 and a USB adapter (trendware TBW-101UB), and this is my first time doing anything with bluetooth.

i loaded all drivers, etc, and the phone and computer both "see" each other, and i entered the codes in and the like.... when i double-click on the bluetooth icon on my toolbar it sees the phone - i can go into the phone and delete files but not copy files from my computer to my phone.

i don't have outlook, and the sony ericsson software, when opened (picture editor, etc), don't see my phone. even when it is "connected."

i have no idea how i am supposed to do file transfers between the phone and my computer. i haven't seen anyone thats having the same problem as me (or at least with my limited knowledge on this technology).

any help is greatly appreciated.

thanks

any idea how to upload ringtones? i am using FMA and it works great for pictures and themes, but it won't let me upload sounds. i posted in the forums there but no one responds. everytime i try to upload i get this error: Bad Request. i went into options and changed maximum upload size to 4000k, and these midi files i downloaded are smaller than that.

also there is no directory for games.... i have some java games i want to put on my phone - where/how do i upload them too?

any ideas?

your help is greatly appreciated!

To get stuff from phone= You click on sounds(or whatever) to the left dont click on the + click on the word itself. It will open up the list in the window that shows the comms to the phone then click on what you want to pull from phone and then click on the icon at the top that is a phone with arrows going away it will ask you where you want it then click ok to save. It will stay in the phone to remove it from the phone you have to delete it after saving.

From what Ive been able to tell you cant transfer games from phone to computer but can send to phone from computer.

To load anything to phone it dosnt matter what screen your in click on the phone with arrows pointing to it will ask where to get it from tell it and click ok.

Another note if commands arent available it lost connection reconnect by clicking the phone icon to the far left and try again.

Hope this helps

No problem...

where did you get the midi files. I found that some are not campatible with the phone try one that you know should work ie. off this forum save it to your comp and handle it like the games. If you want I can send you some. pm me w/your email. Or here is a site I got some from just r/click then save to comp.

http://www.musicrobot.com/

Ive used these if they work then its your files your trying to send. Im not sure this is just a shot in the dark but I think the phones only support 32 instruments so if theres more is it still compatible? I know nothing about midis. Another thought I got a zipped file and didnt know and got an error when trying to send to phone but cant remember what it was.
