prices are cheaper than friggin hell -_^ As long as your just building a small personal site of some sort 
They have a good community based service/company and offer alot of options that are hard to find....cheap at least

I will have to move my site in the near future and I'm really not looking forward to it. Until now I've enjoyed free hosting from a local ISP because of a connection, but the ISP is merging and I'll lose my free spot. The real beauty of it is that it's not hosted on their machines, I have my own server on their line, so it's full access.
Now I've got a domain to move complete with subdomains, a fairly large messageboard, a webmail system with a bunch of users, not to mention the site's not small. :|

If you own your own domain name or will accept from a list of free but quality sub domains try freeola.com and wont cost a penny (and its fast php cgi blah bla bla)
