Is there a way to start new topics without clicking a topic in a forum and clicking new topic? (is there a link in a forum section e.g the sotware section where you can click to make a new topic?)

click on any forum (depending in which forum you wanna start the topic) in http://www.esato.com/board/ and then on "New topic"... that's the way to do it
