I agree with the guy who said that the filesize is not accurate. The phone supports jpeg pictures form the pc, but in order to display them, it has to decode them into something similar to bmp (on pc). That's why a 4-10KB size picture from pc is presented as 45-60KB on the phone. And try any of the screensavers! They're gif's, but it actually contains several pictures in a slideshow. Now, that's okay, but in order to use it on the phone, the phone has do decode them in that many pictures that slideshow contains. So, the 50-60KB screensaver is actually much larger when send to phone. And the hourglass appears, durig the time the phone decodes the gif, like when taking the pictures with the cheat. So evetually, you get something like 300-400KB heavy screensaver! Waste of space. That's due to view the pictures without using the processor time (for decoding jpeg).

Excellent Finally got it to work after reading that you should keep pressing the button instead of just keep holding it like I did hehe

I tried doing the trick and it works fine on your first attempt. Shot a pic and i got a pic of 14kb size, really small...cool but when i tried to do the next one, the first one i did bloated to a 50Kb file. Though the next pic i tried to save got a smaller filesize.

hmmmm....
Aghggggghhhhhhh!

That's true ! I guess the phone can only allow for 1 uncompressed pic with small size !

Like the originator says, it allows only the last pic to be uncompressed (mine has 13k in good light conditions) and to be saved. If u take another pic, the previous one goes to 50k as usual.I have R1L and it's working great.

Ok. So I also have FW: R6C005 in my Z600. And the trick doesn´t work. Seems like it was a bug that SE have taken away...

It was such a lovely bug...
